9:00: Campers Arrive

9:05: Camper Stretch

9:15: Lacrosse Stick Drills/Line Drills/Techniques

9:30: Morning Stations Begin. Each camper rotates to 3 different stations. Each station consists of 30 minutes of instruction. Stations are position specific, concentrating on the evolution of each particular position and the different phases of the game. Five-minute water breaks are given between each station.

11:00: Lacrosse related activity. These activities range from team relay races, campers getting their shots clocked, accuracy and ground ball champion contests, one vs. ones against pros, braveheart championship, goalie wars, etc.

11:30: Afternoon demonstration. At this time the entire camp gathers for instructions pertaining to the important elements of the game. (ex. Fast breaks, 6 v 6, offense and defense, shooting, stick demonstrations (stick tips).

11:45: Team Practice. Campers meet with their team and focus on afternoon instructional pieces given by the coaches.

12:00: Team Games.

12:55: Campers meet for parting words, give-a-ways and departing procedure.

1:00: Pick-up
